Who are we?
The federation has 5 members –
Bardon Aggregates,
Glendinning,
Hanson,
Tarmac,
Torrington Stone.

What do the members do?
The members are involved in quarrying, producing aggregates used in construction materials such as readymix and pre-cast concrete and asphalts.
The Figures
Collectively the members account for over 90% of the County's stone producers. Operating 15 quarries in Devon alone.

What does the DSF do?
The value of the federation is that it provides a vehicle for sharing experiences and a common voice for the quarrying industry when addressing local issues.
What issues do we address?
The federation puts forward its views on planning, product development, health and safety, and environmental issues.
